The CMC Paper-PRO represents the first 40 years of wrapping technology and the newest logistics automation.
CMC Paper-PRO is designed to automate the fulfilment of single or multi-products in right-sized, ready-to-ship paper bags. The system can process both Paper-PRO kraft paper, single-faced corrugated and CMC Paper-PRO bubble paper, offering the same robustness and protection as standard polybags or padded mailers.
Orders are scanned for size, so each final bag is custom-sized to the length and height of the product(s), thus reducing wrapping materials and volumes shipped.
The CMC Paper-PRO has various options available to add even more features such as the invoice printing insertion system, the check-weigher to weigh and record the bags moving through the system as well as various sortation options dependant on your requirements.
The system is designed to integrate seamlessly into any customer WMS and WCS. Branding and high valued personalization of bags is powered by CMC Packvertizing, the 1:1 full color printing technology that CMC brought to market in 2016.
